Warner Hotels - Nidd Hall

Just had an amazing Afternoon Tea at Nidd Hall. Really good value for money. A big thank you to Mel who served the tea. She was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel. Would definitely go again.

A lovely place. Felt as if you were living in a stately home. Staff incredible. There was always a greeting from them as you walked along the corridors. Food was very good. Grounds just lovely and so environmental friendly. A throughly excellent stay.

Our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The friendly and helpful staff provided speedy service, which we appreciated. Warner offers excellent value for money and we enjoyed everything on offer. Room 4, the Hunt room, which has it's own dedicated parking bay right at the main entrance, was beautifully warm with excellent controllable radiators, a room we’ve booked again. We spent time exploring the local area and had a great time at the evening entertainment, including talented resident singers and a lively atmosphere with the audience up and dancing. The optional VIP package is good value at £40pp/3 nights. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nidd Hall Hotel, and the standout feature without question was the staff. They were exceptional — genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made you feel very well looked after throughout the stay. The rooms were immaculate — very, very clean and tidy — and the room we had was generously sized. We stayed in the courtyard, which was quiet and comfortable. The hotel itself is large, well maintained, and clearly cared for. Food was another real highlight. Dinner was fantastic, and breakfast was equally impressive, with plenty of choice to suit even the fussiest of eaters. Everything we had was really tasty and well presented. There’s also a great games room with darts, pool, and more, which added to the relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. The bar area is vast and works well for weekend entertainment — the overall ambiance of the place was excellent. While I did find the drinks a little on the expensive side personally, it didn’t detract from the experience. A wonderful hotel with superb staff, great facilities, and excellent food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return

Wonderful food superb breakfasts so much choice, ate in Brasserie bar on second night wow! Exceptional 3 course meal,great staff, rooms brill, stayed in signature room, clean and comfortable. Entertainment outstanding, my only fault is the spa, not really a spa, small changing room, pool for swimming only, no jacuzzi bit disappointed but didn't spoil things.

Perfect stay highly recommend. We were prepared for the rain so enjoyed local area, however suggest you time it so you don't miss the entertainment which is offered throughout the day . First class singers and comedian provided the very best shows. My favourite was Christian Lunn but FoolishAlibi have to be heard again . The organisation is spot on . Spa worth a visit for a treatment very good and not the most expensive. Food excellent varied choice and totally divine. Can't wait to stay in Warners in June and September with GN Holidays. Thank excellent team for your hard work greatly appreciated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms spacious. Food very good and plentiful. Table service, especially from Edmund and Rhys was excellent. Facilities again very good. Entertainment throughout our stay performed by team who as well as giving enjoyment to us, we're enjoying in what they were doing.

We had an enjoyable time with great food and entertainment even though the weather was horrible. The entertainment team kept us happy with games, music and walks. We also enjoyed the pool/steam room which was never overly crowded and was clean/well maintained. We spent a lot of time with Eva who was always full of energy and she kept everyone happy. She never stopped. After a full day of quizzes and walks she also managed to sing beautifully before finally having a day off! Sean also kept us entertained with quizzes before we enjoyed his singing. We listened to the 2 Lornas who sang on different days. Lorna Adams was very professional and sang to a high standard. Lorna Clark is Nidd Hall's answer to Liza Minnelli. Great singing and dancing. A very energetic, flawless performance of high quality. Olivia Mae was small but had a powerful voice. She performed well both solo and part of the entertainment team shows. Marti sang really well alongside the non-stop Northern Lights band. They enticed many to dance to their mix of songs. Jackson Soul was a guest and he really got the crowd going with his uplifting tracks. For breakfast we tried multiple options from the buffet. The full English breakfast, cereals, pancakes, porridge, fruit etc were all lovely. The evening meal consisted of a choice of several starters, a main course buffet and a choice of several sweet dishes or a cheeseboard. The buffet always had two tasty roast meats, fish of the day, and foods of the world. This varied day to day and the food was always great. Our waiter, Rhys, was always happy to help and kept the mood enjoyable with his banter.
